چکیده
Magnetoelectric lead-free composite ceramic based on the piezoelecrtic Ba0.85Ca0.15Ti0.9Zr0.1O3 (BCZT) and magnetic NiCo0.02Cu0.02Mn0.1Fe1.8O4−d (NCCMF) has been obtained by solid state method using preliminarily synthesized solid-state precursors. X-ray diffraction measurements, microstructural, magnetic, dielectric, piezoelectric magnetoelectric studies have carried out. Impurity phases were not contained in composites, there no signs of interfacial interaction even at doping level. Ceramics a high electrical resistivity direct current (~109 Ω·cm) and, over entire range x studied, exhibits combination parameters, which vary wide clearly depend composites composition. The maximum coupling coefficient ΔE/ΔH ≈ 90 mV/(cm·Oe) frequency 1 kHz observed for specimens with = 60–70%.

Ferroelectric Lead Zirconate Titanate and Barium Titanate Nanotubes
Wetting of the pore walls of porous templates is a simple and convenient method to prepare nanotubes. Ferroelectric lead zirconate titanate and barium titanate nanotubes were fabricated by wetting of porous silicon templates of polymeric precursors. The ferroand piezoelectric properties of an individual ferroelectric either of a PZT or a BaTiO3 nanotube were electrically characterized by measur...
متن کاملMagnetic-field-induced dielectric behaviors and magneto-electrical coupling of multiferroic compounds containing cobalt ferrite/barium calcium titanate composite fibers
Multiferroics have broad application prospects in various fields such as multi-layer ceramic capacitors and multifunctional devices owing to their high dielectric constants and coupled magnetic and ferroelectric properties at room temperature. In this study, cobalt ferrite (CFO)/barium calcium titanate (BCT) composite fibers are prepared from BCT and CFO sols by an electrospinning method, and a...
متن کاملIn-situ formation of barium ferrite in iron doped “tetragonal tungsten bronze”: Elaboration of room temperature multiferroic composites
Recent studies of ceramics of formula Ba2LnFeNb4O15 (Ln = rare earth) with the “tetragonal tungsten bronze” (TTB) structure have correlated their room temperature multiferroics properties to the occurrence of barium ferrite parasitic phases. This work presents the elaboration of Ba2LaFeNb4O15 and Ba2EuFeNb4O15 composite samples with an excess of hematite in the TTB nominal composition. The infl...
متن کاملProton trapping in yttrium-doped barium zirconate.
The environmental benefits of fuel cells have been increasingly appreciated in recent years. Among candidate electrolytes for solid-oxide fuel cells, yttrium-doped barium zirconate has garnered attention because of its high proton conductivity, particularly in the intermediate-temperature region targeted for cost-effective solid-oxide fuel cell operation, and its excellent chemical stability. H...
متن کاملNonlinear properties of lead zirconate–titanate piezoceramics
Nonlinear properties of lead zirconate-titanate ~PZT! piezoceramics are investigated using ultrasonic second harmonic generation technique. When a sinusoidal ultrasonic wave of frequency v0 is sent into a nonlinear material, the second harmonic wave with frequency 2v0 is generated. Through measuring the absolute amplitude of the fundamental (v0) and of the second harmonic (2v0) waves, the ultra...
